Fish Union has been set up by Richard Kirkwood and Andy Roberts, between them they have more than 30 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, working for restaurants such as J Sheekys, Ivy Club and Wright brothers.
Together they have married an upmarket wet fishmongers with a small champagne bar, along with a selection of masterclasses.
As chefs they impart their knowledge and bring their extensive list of suppliers to the local market here in Chislehurst.
Fish Union source fish from Newlyn to Hastings, the finest anchovies from Spain, to foraged sea vegetables and will mushrooms.
