Our sixty minute boot camp sessions vary on a daily basis, unlike gym-based classes where you do the same movements week after week.Our sessions are functional and will challenge you to work areas that you wouldn’t normally train.
You will be guided and motivated by highly trained and experienced instructors who will help you on your journey to health and fitness.
A personal training experience in a group environment.
Monday: 9.30am and 7.30pm
