Each posture invites you to let go—of tension\, of swirling emotions\, of the constant pull of thought—and simply be. As the body softens into stillness\, a deeper awareness begins to arise\, returning you to the only moment that truly matters: this one. \nStillness creates awareness. Awareness brings us home.
