Together\, we will explore what this means for you through grounding and centring practices\, a nourishing asana sequence\, pranayama\, gentle chanting\, and a deeply restorative yoga nidra. \nSuitable for all levels\, this is an invitation to spend a mindful and uplifting afternoon on the mat. \nWe will close our practice with a simple Wheel of Life reflection—a gentle way to check in\, acknowledge what is flourishing\, and set intentions for where you would like to direct your energy in the months ahead. \nTo finish\, we will gather for tea and homemade treats. \nStep into this midsummer pause and give yourself the space to realign\, recharge\, and reconnect.
