Amber Events is a multifunctional creative catering and events company based in Chislehurst. Our is team headed byPaula Donovan, Director, who has over 20 years experience in event design and management. 

We are also fortunate enough to have our own in-house chef, Spud, who has over 30 years experience Worldwide, with particular emphasis on Asian and European catering, enabling him to come up with delicious menus for any occasion. Whether we work in your kitchen, build one outside or BBQ, we pride ourselves on being able to work with any number of people to a strategic budget, bringing your dream event to reality.

Our wonderful event team is Louisa (front of house), Tracey, Lizzie and Sinead, backed up by carefully selected additional staff for larger events. These guys have the ability to micro-manage a busy, flawless event. They are highly experienced in bar and waiting, and definitely know how to pour a decent drink in the right glass.

We are also have mixologists to work with, if required for a cocktail-only event.

The Amber Events team would not be complete without James the DJ. Jimmy has been DJing for over 20 years and has the ability to read the dance floor and know in any situation, genre or demographic, what music to play.

On the production side we work with local companies, obtaining excellent prices for constructing marquees, dance floors, lighting, event furniture and everything you need to make YOUR event extra special. We are also able to dress the venue, making table decorations, ordering drapes and silks from abroad – thereby turning our vision into a reality that makes it unique for you.

In the last few years we have sourced many venues for clients, here and abroad, so after chatting with you and understanding your requirements we are able to present you with a plan that we feel will be perfect for you. With the knowledge we have in all our combined years of experience we can advise you what will work and also bring our creative strengths to the table to ensure your event stands out from the rest.

Lastly, we are happy to talk to you about any forthcoming event, whether you just need a buffet drop off, a family meal or party, a wedding or a large corporate event.

Something that seems very popular at the moment is 16th /18th / 21st, as many venues will not accommodate these requests.
