Ancaster Motor Show

Event Information

  • The Ancaster Motor Show (“Event”) is organised by Visit Chislehurst.
  • The Event will take place on Sunday 7th June 2026 from 11. 00am – 3.30pm and will be held in Chislehurst High Street and Chislehurst Commons.
  • Roads will be closed to traffic for the duration of the Event and buses will be diverted.  The organiser reserves the right to amend event details if necessary due to circumstances beyond their control. 

Entry Fee

  • Entry is £15 per vehicle.
  • The fee is non-refundable under any circumstances unless the Event is cancelled by the Organiser.

Arrival Time

  • All vehicles must be on site no later than 9:30am.
  • Late arrivals may be refused entry at the discretion of the Organiser.

Vehicle Movement

  • No vehicle movement is permitted between 11:00am and 3:30pm.
  • This is strictly due to health and safety requirements, as roads will be closed to traffic.
  • Vehicles may only leave once authorised by Event Marshals after the official close of the Event, as directed.

Vehicle Condition

  • All vehicles must be roadworthy and insured.
  • The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to any vehicle deemed unsafe or unsuitable.

Health & Safety

  • All participants must comply with instructions given by Event Marshals and organisers at all times.
  • Emergency access routes must remain clear.
  • Fire extinguishers must be available where required (e.g. for modified or classic vehicles where applicable).
  • Any fuel leaks or hazardous conditions must be reported immediately.
  • Failure to comply with health and safety requirements may result in removal from the Event.

Liability

  • Vehicles are displayed at the owner’s risk.
  • The Organiser accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or personal property.
  • Participants are responsible for ensuring they hold valid insurance cover.

Photography & Media

  • By attending, participants consent to photographs and video footage being taken and used for promotional purposes by Visit Chislehurst.

Force Majeure

  • The Organiser shall not be liable for cancellation, delay, or changes caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including adverse weather, government restrictions, or safety concerns.

Acceptance of Terms

  • Submission of entry and payment of the £15 fee constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
