If you’ve had a baby and aren’t quite sure where to start with your recovery… this session is for you.

After having a baby, it’s often suggested that when you feel ready, you can return to exercise – but postnatal recovery is about so much more than that.

Many women are left wondering what “ready” actually means, and how to begin in a way that truly supports their recovery. Your body has been through a huge physical change, and how you rebuild strength now really matters for your long-term health.

This focused, supportive workshop will help you understand your body and give you the tools to move forward with confidence.

During this session, you will:

Check for abdominal separation (diastasis recti).
Learn how to correctly activate your deep core and pelvic floor.
Be guided through safe, effective exercises to begin rebuilding strength.
Gain clarity on common postnatal concerns such as core weakness, back discomfort and pelvic floor symptoms.
Understand what to avoid — and what will truly support your recovery.

This is a small, supportive and informative session, giving you space to ask questions and feel fully supported.

You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of your body, and the confidence to move forward in a way that feels right for you.

New mums and those further along in their postnatal journey
Anyone unsure about their core strength or recovery
Those wanting to return to exercise safely and effectively
This is a small, supportive session where you can ask questions and feel completely at ease.
