Mini Yogi Bears

Mini Yogi Bears is is ran by a local, experienced primary school teacher and mum who has taught children’s yoga for many years.

Post maternity leave, she has returned to teaching part time and alongside that, started her own Ofsted registered childcare business providing yoga and mindfulness for children and families in the BR7 area.

The owner, Zowie, is passionate about the benefits of sport and exercise, as well as nutrition, in protecting mental health. She believes that teaching yoga and mindfulness to mini yogis, as young as 2 years old, arms them with tools to be able to take on the challenges of modern day life with confidence, resilience and positivity.

You will find us running family workshops, after school clubs and preschool sessions in the Chislehurst area. Come and join us!
