This course is especially designed to empower women with tools to help them through the transition of menopause physically and emotionally!
From the onset of menopause, women experience changing levels of hormones, which can cause us many issues such as hot flushes, mood swings, anxiety, rage, and a range of other symptoms. Every woman’s experience is different and being among others going through the same as you can be a comfort. This 4 week course can help to alleviate some of these symptoms, with each week following a different theme. By the end, you will be able to walk away with a toolkit of techniques that you can use at home to help in your day-to-day life dealing with menopause and maybe new friendships too!
