This class is the perfect fusion of pilates & yoga – combining the perfect combination of strength and flexibility, to create a balanced strong and flexible body. This class is specifically designed for beginners and improvers and is ideal for anyone who wants to learn the Pilates principles, how to correctly exercise your core and abdominal muscles, start building strength in your body and improve your flexibility and range of movement in your joints.
Classes are kept small and are tailored to your individual needs, making sure you get the best from the exercises and the attention required to execute them correctly.
