Join me for a Sunday Yoga Chillout class – a deeply nourishing session with a focus on mobility and stretching, designed to gently unwind the body, release tension and calm the nervous system as you step into the new year.

In this special session, we’ll move slowly and intentionally through long-hold stretches and gentle sequences that support flexibility, alongside meditation and breath work to help you reset, reflect, and reconnect.
