Women’s Wellbeing Circle

If you’ve been craving space to slow down, connect, and feel supported, we’d love you to join our first Wellbeing Women’s Circle this December. I’ll be co-facilitating with the lovely Kelly, a fellow therapist who shares my passion for holistic wellbeing and creating calm, connected spaces for women.
The session will have a simple, relaxed structure. We might begin with a short grounding exercise, provide discussion or reflection prompts, or conduct a meditation exercise, depending on what the circle wants.
The circle is always open to use as a space for gentle sharing and listening. There’s no pressure to speak, you’re welcome to just listen and take in the atmosphere. Come along to find connection and a sense of community!
