Elmstead Woods Station Garden Club

Elmstead Wood Station Garden Club (EWSGC) is a volunteer group working to maintain and upkeep Elmstead Woods Station’s gardens.
We meet every Tuesday morning all year round as well as the second Sunday of the month from March to November to plant, weed, upkeep and enjoy the gardens. We love to see new members – no gardening experience needed.

To share what we do and raise funds for the gardens we sell donated books and plants at the station and have an annual Plant, Book and Cake Sale in May. We also give short talks about the station gardens and history to interested groups for a small donation.

Our Station Story room on the middle platforms tells the history of the station and its gardens. Open Tuesday mornings and monthly Sundays from March to November or by arrangement.
