Sweaty Mama Chislehurst offers 3 different classes for you to choose from…
Sweaty Mama classes are fun, upbeat classes choreographed to music for you and your little one to enjoy together! With different intensity options throughout, it doesn’t matter what fitness level you are postpartum! Join with your little one from 6 weeks-4 years old!
Mamilates classes are there for you to come with baby or bump! This class is a relaxed pilates/yoga style session for Mamas who want to re-build their strength postpartum. We would recommend little ones up to 12 months old!
If you are looking for a quick 30 minute class with varied and effective workouts, then Sweaty Gym is for you! Weights are optional, baby and bump friendly!
