Grace supported me to ease back into strength training where I felt 100% confident that I wasn’t doing anything detrimental to my postpartum recovery. I felt that I was in the hands of an expert and there was no risk of being pushed too hard and causing injury or even just not doing the optimal thing for my body post-pregnancy/c-section.
– The sessions felt varied – even at home where equipment was minimal.
– Grace was always lovely to chat to. I probably chatted too much :), but it made the sessions go very quickly and distracted me during the harder exercises.
– the home visits were really helpful and Grace even held my daughter and kept her entertained on a few occasions while training me. As a mother of young children herself, I felt she was really understanding and supportive of me as a new mother too.
– I saw improvements really quickly, in feeling stronger, more stable and more aligned in my body – even more so than pre-pregnancy. My back pain that had reared its head disappeared again too.
– I wasn’t getting a lot of sleep when I was training with Grace but sessions always left me feeling energised rather than exhausted.
– Not only did the sessions help me lose my baby weight and get back into the shape I was in pre-pregnancy, but I also feel like I’m in a really good position to work towards some fitness goals, and have made changes that are going to impact me positively long term.

I’ve had an enormously positive experience working with you through my pregnancy. You are calm and professional, yet warm. You have always explained our exercises very clearly and what was going to happen, given that this is my first pregnancy and the physio related to women’s health was all new to me. I especially appreciate the follow-through with the detailed notes and videos. This is really unique from the physical therapists or osteopaths that I have relied upon in the past and it goes to show your dedication and how meticulous you are.

Grace is very generous with her time and it doesn’t feel rushed at all. I find the explanations very thorough and the follow up emails are great reminders and reference points as I tend to forget a lot!!
