Having core strength is fundamental to the health of your body. Core strength is not just for those involved in sports or wanting a flat tummy! Having a strong core offers so many benefits for EVERYBODY… athletes, desk workers, people who work on their feet, children, parents, manual workers and older adults. Here are are some of the key benefits to having a strong core:

Having taught thousands of clients, Elizabeth commonly finds that people do not know how to correctly engage and work their core muscles. Technique is extremely important and often people think they are working their core but they are not, and worst still, risk injuring themselves. So, Elizabeth is holding this free masterclass on core technique in order to help you learn how to strengthen your core correctly, and importantly, without hurting your back.

In this masterclass you will learn transferrable skills to serve you in your day-to-day activities and also other sports you may do. You do not need to have any Pilates or yoga experience.
