Pre & Postnatal Pilates with Elizabeth Nadine

In this class Elizabeth will help you to feel your best self during pregnancy and postpartum with her skills and expertise in teaching this specialist area. Elizabeth has been teaching pregnant and postpartum ladies for over 13 years and knows what is needed to help keep you strong and fit during your pregnancy and to help you recover more quickly and safely postnatally.

This class is specifically designed for the pregnant and postpartum body at this special time and focuses on all the areas that are affected during and post pregnancy. Labour is physically demanding, as is motherhood, so Elizabeth will help you to stay strong and ensure you exercise correctly and safely and are better prepared for labour and postpartum.

This class will help you to understand what exercises are contraindicated during pregnancy and in the postpartum phase and what exercises will really help you during your motherhood journey.

Elizabeth will help keep you feeling strong and confident during your pregnancy and help you recover from your pregnancy. Exercise also makes you feel great due to the release of endorphins and exercising during pregnancy has been shown to have positive effects on your unborn baby too! You will leave this class with a feeling of enhanced wellbeing.
