I am a Level 3 Personal Trainer with an advanced Pre/Postnatal qualification. I run indoor and outdoor group postnatal classes and I also run mixed ability evening group bootcamp/circuit style classes.
I am passionate about helping my clients adopt a new healthier way of living through enthusiastic, motivating and friendly client care. Being a mobile service I train you where you feel most comfortable. I pride myself on concentrating on the personal aspect of personal training, be that one on one training, partner training or small groups to help you achieve your goals.
Being a mum of two young boys, I have been through pregnancy and the ‘new mum’ stage and I know that looking after a baby is hard work and can be very lonely. Finding the time to prioritise your recovery is challenging but getting together with other mums for an indoor or outdoor workout is a great way to make new friends, stay healthy and most importantly do something for yourself for a change.
My classes will offer you a safe and progressive full body workout, incorporating cardiovascular and strength exercises designed to increase fitness and build muscle tone.
I am on hand to help as much or as little as you would like with any babies who may become unsettled during classes.
Evening Circuit Classes
I run two evening sessions per week which are inclusive, boot camp style circuit training classes designed to suit all levels of fitness pushing both beginners and advanced participants to find their limits and improve their fitness. We have a really friendly crowd and plenty of variety with all the equipment needed for a really effective outdoor workout programme.
